Zenfied.com offers various free, web-based tools designed to assist with file manipulation (e.g., image converters, PDF compressors, file mergers) and creative tasks (e.g., color palette generators). The core feature of our Services is client-side processing, meaning:

• No Server Uploads: Your files are processed entirely within your web browser. They are not uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers for processing.
• No File Storage: Since files are not uploaded, we do not store them on our systems.
• Free Access: All tools are provided free of charge, with no registration or account required.

We aim to keep our Services accurate and accessible, but they may be subject to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

When using Zenfied.com, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Be solely responsible for the content of the files you process and any output generated.
• Ensure that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and process any files you submit to our tools.

• To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or data contained therein.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding content provided by users, which is processed client-side) are and will remain the exclusive property of Zenfied.com and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Zenfied.com.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

As clarified in our Privacy Policy, Zenfied.com's tools operate via client-side processing. This means your files and their content are processed directly in your web browser and are never uploaded to or stored on our servers. Therefore:

• You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your files and any content you process using our Services.
• We acquire no rights, licenses, or claims to your files or their content.
• We do not review, inspect, or have access to the content of the files you process.

You are solely responsible for backing up your files and outputs. We cannot recover any data or files processed or generated by our tools.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Zenfied.com EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Zenfied.com makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations; or (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Zenfied.com, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zenfied.com and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your Internet connection; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Zenfied.com.

Zenfied.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

You acknowledge and agree that Zenfied.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

To support the free availability of our Services, Zenfied.com displays advertisements, primarily through Google AdSense. These advertisements may be non-personalized (based on the content of the page or general location) or personalized (based on your past interactions and interests, if you have enabled ad personalization via Google's settings). Zenfied.com does not control the content or personalization of these third-party advertisements.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zenfied.com concerning your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Zenfied.com regarding your use of the Services.
